They're being careful at a court in Dresden and frisking everyone. The new security regime came into force after a man killed a female witness with a knife on Wednesday. The man was appealing against a fine imposed because he had allegedly insulted the woman in a neighborhood row. After the attack, he was overpowered by police and detained.
